Prior to founding Scale GTM, John honed his craft with over 2 decades of hands-on experience leading transformational go-to-market initiatives. These initiatives resulted in successes ranging from the rapid growth of a high-tech company from $25M to $1B and opening a new multi-billion dollar mobile channel for the 5th largest bank in the world. Through all these experiences, John started to see a recurring pattern of pitfalls faced by go-to-market teams during these critical growth phases.
